Hi I am just posting this discussion to see how you have got eco involved in parent meetings and people who fund the school as this is a part of the green flag criteria and I would be very interested to know how you have achieved this and how did you present this.

Things you could do would be for the eco committee to do a display or have a stall at Parents' night. They could sell fairtrade goods or conduct a survey of parents. This is also a good way of promoting your action plan and showing the environmental review. The pupils could use this time to ask for any parent volunteers either to join the committee or to help them with a particular task i.e. gardening, donating recycled goods for a project, hading in old clothes for a rag bag collection.
