Monitoring Action and Evaluating Progress

As you undertake each of the tasks in your Action Plan, you should monitor your progress, and when you have completed them, you should review how well you have done.  This section contains some ideas which might be helpful.  It is vital to remember that effective monitoring and evaluation is an ongoing part of any project and should be built into the entire process. Our Green Flag assessors will require to see evidence of the progress that you have made. Evidence can take many forms and can include graphs, charts, photographs, and feedback from questionnaires and surveys. Pupils should be actively involved in the gathering of evidence. Many types of evidence also provide valuable real-life data for curricular activities such as Maths and ICT.
